Terms of Service!

Please do note, the most important part in this TOS..
I have the right to refuse you, turn down requests, delay or cancel your commission for ANY reason.

  • I will always decline if the piece you're requesting from me contains depictions of: Hateful, Racist, or any harmful imagery or symbolism.

  • Payment will be done half and half. Half when the sketch is done and the rest when the drawing is complete. I will also regularly update you on progress or if the commision is delayed, paused, or canceled.

  • Please do note that your commission will not always be my biggest priority, and I have other things going on in life that may effect the time of completion

  • You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial use, to train Generative AI models, NFTs, or any other form of stealing and/or profiting off my work. Tracing or greatly editing the artwork is also not allowed unless I give permission. I have full rights to ALL of my work.

  • I may increase my prices depending on complexity of the commission like shading or multiple characters or if there are large requested changes with the product.

  • I will always watermark my work, I will not remove it if asked/paid either.

  • I am allowed to post your commission on any platform I want to.

  • Art will be provided as a .png

  • If you are unsatisfied with your piece you will have a week to contact me about it. You may not request a refund if you simply dislike the art/artstyle. You will not receive a refund past 7 days.
